Postage & Delivery
We try to display all items in our current range on the website. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes, if an item is not available, you will be notified on confirmation of your order. All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received before 4pm will, subject to availability, be despatched on the following day for a 7 working day delivery. Those orders received after 4pm will be despatched on the day after the next day.
UK Delivery
Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours, to arrive with UK customers within five working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.
Postage
Standard rate: £4.50 per order within the UK and will be delivered by Royal Mail- recorded delivery - please ensure someone is available to sign for package at delivery address. Please allow 4 to 6 working days. Next-day delivery will be charged at cost. Monday to Friday only. We can organise next-day delivery on request, providing your order is received by us before 12 noon you will be notified of cost prior to completion of your order. Postage of gift boxes and baskets is charged at cost. We can organize delivery according to size and speed of delivery required. You will be notified of delivery charges on confirmation of your order.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our discretion, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Please take extra care to read our Product Care label on the garment.
Making Returns
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
